A very conflicted review on my part. Our small terrier has only ever stayed with family when apart and never at a boarding facility. I was very anxious leaving her but Beau's Pet Hotel came highly recommended so we decided to give it a try. The ambiance and decor of the facility were lovely, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, our dog didn't seem to adjust well to the new environment and was very anxious during her stay. We received updates and pictures from the staff, but it was clear that our dog wasn't having a good time. This may be more of a reflection of our dog's temperament rather than the fault of the facility, but it was still a difficult experience for us. I would recommend Beau's Pet Hotel for those with more adaptable pets, but for anxious or sensitive dogs, alternative options may be better.
