Extremely poor communication in responding to interest in assets of companies being liquidated through them. Reckless & unprofessional at best, intentional & dubious at worst. I have worked with both the Tax and Audit divisions of the firm and always found them to be highly professional, offering good advice, good work and great outcomes.
