29-6-2023 Excellent service from this store. Thanks to Amber who went and physically checked that the product was on the shelf when I called the night before, (cannot always trust what a stock system says on the computer). Amber was also the staffer who was helpful on the day I picked up the product.

I recently ordered and purchased a 10p Coleman tent online (it was a clearance sale) and called in store the next day to ensure they prepared the product before I picked it up. When I arrived at the store, they hadn't even started preparing it and I had to wait for over an hour. The staff was not apologetic and seemed indifferent to my frustration. This was a very disappointing first impression.
