The reception staff at Barwon North BMI are friendly and accommodating. One particular female staff member went above and beyond to get in me in for a x-ray right away after she saw I was having issues with the Barwon North Hospital staff and could tell I was ill. Thank you :)

The receptionist who is responsible for booking appointments and taking booking related enquires is unbelievably condescending. She talks down to patients and doesn't seem to care about providing good customer service. It's a shame because the medical staff are actually quite good.
