Baroota Ruins Campground reviews
This campsite was almost perfect. It has a good spot for all the camping stuff. It has only a toilet without showers. You’ll have some kangaroos as neighbours which gives the best experience. If you a looking for a very relaxing place to stay this is your place.
We stayed at Site 11 - lots of room & the toilet was well maintained (but only one mens & one ladies for the 11 sites). No water (so no showers), No rubbish bins. …
Did not camp there, just visited the ruins. Some birds posed for a photo, most of them did not.

The campground was great! The location was amazing with kangaroos as neighbours. The only downside was the lack of showers.
We had a wonderful time at Baroota Ruins Campground. The campsite was clean and spacious, and the toilet was well maintained. The only improvement would be the addition of showers.
The campsite had a nice atmosphere and the kangaroos were a fantastic touch. However, the lack of showers was inconvenient.
