Took my car in for a diagnostic test and did not hear anything further after I picked up my car which is under warranty. I called to see what the next step was and was told he’d call me back and that was 2 weeks ago…I’m not waiting. I’ve gone to another business who have been great with communication and service.
I have a fiat 500 still under warranty, a back passenger tyre burst 2 weeks ago and fiat don't want to know, they only called back once in that time, it's a good year problem, felt hung out to dry!
