Was turned away because I wore track pants, which is outright farcical. Called up and asked why, and the guy just said they don’t allow it. I said I got into the club with the same pants before, he said highly doubt it and hung up. Absolutely shameful behaviour by the employee.
Do not recommend this club in general. Especially when hosting a "concert" if you can even call it that. When advertising Lil Tecca coming to Bar1 it's specifically advertised as "come down at 7pm" they made it extremely clear. When you pay …

When you pay the money to get in you would expect Lil Tecca to be doing a live show not a DJ set, which he may as well have been away on holiday. He played a recording of his concert on a screen. Basically they only had a projector going. False advertising and extremely misleading. I seriously don’t recommend this club to anyone.
The security at Bar1 Nightclub is ridiculously rude. I understand needing to be firm, but being polite isn’t difficult. I understand needing to enforce rules, but being human isn’t difficult. The drinks are over priced, the place is over crowded and the security guards are very rude. The club he needs some serious ventilation as it is always extremely hot inside. Overall not a great experience.
I had a horrible time at Bar1 Nightclub. The bar does not have any valet parking. Drinks are way overpriced and the door men are extremely rude. I got no value for my money. It smelt very musty and the floors were sticky. I will not be returning!
The decor and ambiance at Bar1 Nightclub is amazing. The music is awesome and the bar staff were friendly and efficient. I had a great time and would definitely recommend the place to others. Will be going back soon!
