While Jess was very diligent and helpful, handling my 83 year old mother's itinerary, another staff member booked a too tight connection in New Zealand which left her stranded when the local flight was cancelled.
Booked trip to Oz from NZ. Jess very friendly and helpful. Prompt service and replies to queries. Got me a good deal and made the whole booking as hassle free as is possible
