I booked the 15000kms service one month in advance and asked Autostrada to look into some delaminating on an internal part of the vehicle. When I arrived for my scheduled service, I was told that they didn't have the necessary part in stock and would need to order it. This was extremely frustrating as I had taken a day off of work and driven a long distance to get there. The overall experience was disappointing and I expected better from a luxury car dealer.
