Above and beyond customer service. Came out to my car and showed me where to find the fuse puller, even checked if a replacement was needed. I had originally intended on signing up for a membership to buy some oil cheaply. I looked around the shop and noticed how reasonable the prices are.
Dan in the Audio area was a life saver when i was having an issue got it sorted out quick and no fuss even though it was the end of the day, fantastic customer service :D
