Johnston was an amazing trainer, I felt comfortable and gained knowledge and confidence. I highly recommend Australian Workplace Training and Louise as a trainer.
This place is a joke. Worst experience ever. I called them to make a booking for the forklift course and the woman from the customer service told me there were two spots available on the 2nd of February. I say great! I would like to make a booking. She then tells me she will have to confirm with the trainer and the holds up and place me on hold. About two minutes later, she said that I had to pay a deposit of $100 for confirmed booking. I said I was not informed of this and asked to speak to the Manager. She put me on hold for five minutes and then hung up on me.
