Australian Taxation Office reviews
The Australian Taxation Office is no longer located in Stanley Street or in Aitkenvale. Their office is apparently located in the the street next door to the Townsville Bulletin building. I was told they do not have any customer service and all enquiries must be done on line or telephone.
3 transfers...finall one was told 30mins. 1hr and 6mins later and still on hold. Disgraceful
Can't get to the number .I would like a direct number to an operator. I've been here for an hour trying to get to an operator.

The staff at the Australian Taxation Office were not very helpful. They told me that all enquiries must be done online or over the phone, and they do not have any customer service available at their office. This was very inconvenient for me as I prefer to speak to someone in person.
