The older receptionist Susan today was quite abrupt and no care whatsoever. The other younger lady was nice. I've attended this clinic a number of times and find stenographers always friendly and kind. Dr Tie who did my left ankle cortisone injection both times is so gentle and such a nice Dr. This was the Hove clinic.
I recently attended the Hove clinic. The receptionist was unfriendly, rude and patronising - an older woman who obviously hates her job and needs to retire. Treats patients like she is doing them a favour by attending to them - if you can call it that. Her manner was very disappointing and unprofessional to say the least.
Friendly and helpful staff, I had to have a Cortisone injection into my back and have a needle phobia. Doctor Tie was amazing! he explained the entire procedure and I didn't even know he had administered the injections until he told me it was done, he was brilliant.
