Yesterday I found the outlet pipe was a little bit leaking (not emergency) and not sure if I was correct to connect all these water pipes correctly.I called them at around 3:30pm and technician arrived within half an hour. To be honest I was kind of worried about any bill for calling a plumber on Saturday. THAT IS NOT LAZY SATURDAYS for me anymore! Anyway this engineer checked our water heater and also helped me with my plumbing. He found that the gas control knob was slightly off and he fixed it for me for free. Although he had to fix my plumbing for an additional call out fee, I still think it is very reasonable. Most importantly my issue was resolved immediately; I am happy to pay for all these services. Browsing their website I found they have many branches, so I guess the technician should cover most suburbs. Best hotline number I have ever called.
