We have glass windows in our brand new large home provided by AGG. We have had warranty issues completed by AGG given defects with glass. The first time it took some time to rectify however the 2nd time we had exceptional customer service. The company sent someone out to measure, explain and the work was completed in a reasonable time frame. We would recommend AGG and their staff for their service to us.

Australian Glass Group supplied the glass for my new windows. Several of the double-glazed panels had marks in between the 2 glass panels. The marks are quite visible, especially when the sun shines onto the glass. Some of the marks are in the shape of fingerprints and others are scratches. The marks could not be cleaned off. I contacted AGG and they sent someone to inspect. They acknowledged the issue and said they would replace the panels, but it would take several weeks for the replacement panels to arrive. I hope the replacement panels are not defective as well.
