students are well looked after by the teachers. Recently finished my cert III commercial cookery with ACOT. It is a place to be and you will always get all the support you need. Highly recommended
The trainers at Australian College of Trade are impressive and extraordinary. They provide excellent support from certificate III to diploma levels. The administrative staff, especially Mitasha, is also very supportive. However, there is a new trainer for the advanced diploma who has an ego problem and makes students fail by giving random reasons. Overall, the experience with the trainers and admin has been positive.
The staff at Australian College of Trade are unprofessional. They enrolled me in a term and then delayed the start date. When I requested a refund, they took a long time to process it. It has been 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund. The staff should be more organized and efficient.
