I was very excited to do my beauty therapy course and get learning. However, from day one I was struck with an unfriendly, rude and passive-aggressive lecturer. I chose this college because it was private and usually private colleges have a more personalized and friendly approach, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. The lecturer made the learning environment so uncomfortable and it really affected my enthusiasm for the course. Overall, my experience at ACBT was disappointing.
