The walk-in service is a great option. The staff is generally very friendly, and they do a great job with taking blood for tests. My only suggestion would be that there seems to be a lot of inefficient work processes as you are often waiting longer than 30 mins for a simple blood test in the morning. They should try to streamline some of their processes to improve efficiency and wait times.
