I have had a wonderful experience with this college over the past twelve months. I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to help me if I needed it. Communication was one of their strong key areas as I have always had my communication replied to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this college.
Completed my food handling and RSA with the team at Ashmore Campus, Trainer was very helpful and online unit was easy to follow. Admin staff were very helpful, smooth enrolment process. Thank You Australian Academy Emailed from student Jade C

wait time was too long, overall experience was terrible, facilities were outdated, poor quality of services, staff was unhelpful, ambiance was lacking, not worth the money, initial impression was not good, personal experience was negative
