Never even bother to deliver any parcels to my non-ambulatory 92 yo mum on 2nd floor of her unit 50m from post office. Wouldn't even deliver to alternative c/o address in the same suburb for my local brother to get for her - first …
in short working as a team very helpfull specialy for us with not understand new technology, all personel friendly I travel 50 klm, and back for theyre service pasing another PO, but not stoping, with thanks (Cathy)
