Rita at Aus post merrylands is extremely rude. Anyone who owns a business understands the customers experience anywhere is the most important thing, yet I was met with rudeness, bluntness and attitude. Not someone I would keep around for long, and not someone I would want to interact with as a customer ever again. 1 star for Rita!

Service was slow and the staff had a terrible attitude. I had to provide excessive paperwork to pick up a package even though I had proof of ownership. Not a pleasant experience.
