90% of the time there is more than 20 upwards of 40 people in the line with only 2 staff serving. It’s been like this for many years and only getting worse. With the influx of apartments in the area common sense would suggest to have staff at every counter to cope with demand.

Worst customer service experienced at this centre when I went to submit a mailing service request. Kevin was rude, unhelpful, and overall made the experience extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend dealing with him if possible.
