I like how straight to the point and quick the process is. Rob just says "what do you want?" Then it's delivered super quick each time. Wish we'd done this ages ago instead of messing around buying it in bits and bobs from Bunnings. It's been good quality Merbau too.
I've found Rob always helpful on the phone, on email, or in person, for years. Good timber at good prices.
