Really bad experience with Aussie. I prefer not to mention the broker we got but it was the most passive guy. He had no intention in helping us. He never had a straight answer to our questions, the most inefficient broker I have ever met. I would look somewhere else if you are trying to get your home loan approved.
Applied for a home lone, had all the requested papers, Broker Wendy, kept me for months, communicating every few weeks, asking for more papers, and again same papers as the time passed and the papers given to her were not valid any more …
Excellent experience. I highly recommend Michael Stock. He was very professional, prompt and communication was excellent. I will definitely be using Aussie Home Loans again.
