Their customer service was terrible. I left a message on Friday night but did not receive a call back until Saturday morning. The scheduling was a disaster. They arrived late and with the wrong glass. They rescheduled for another day but arrived even later. The staff did not provide any legitimate reasons for the delays and did not even apologize for wasting my time.
I don't recommend using Aussie Emergency Glass for glass repair services. Their name is misleading and their service is terrible. When I needed my window replaced urgently after my dog broke it, I reached out to them and left a message. They didn't call me back until the next morning. When they finally arrived, they didn't have the right glass and had to reschedule. The rescheduled appointment was also a mess, with them arriving hours later than scheduled. It was a complete waste of time and I regret choosing them for the job.
