Terrible - ordered machine online - changed the equipment last minute to something not suitable, was forced then to pay extra for something that they were supposed to have in the factory - was told I could pick up 7:45am on Friday as agreed but I arrived at 7:45 and still had to wait half an hour before someone arrived. Overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
