Originally gave 1 star due to no response on a refund. Conveniently received a reply within a couple of hours of leaving a Google review so have slightly increased the rating and will advise any customers seeking a refund to leave a review rather than send an email!
Directed Electronics handled my bad experience extremely well. I had an initially poor service experience with Directed Electronics - however, they were quick to rectify the issue and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate their prompt response and willingness to make things right. I will give them a 4-star rating.
