Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this small takeaway chinese shop! Ordered special fried rice lots of prawn chicken and pork. Rice was cooked perfectly and smokey. Proper chinese! Thank you and god bless you.
Maybe I got the cook on a bad night, but my Sweet & Sour Combination was not good enough at all. The sauce was quite bland, the prawns tough, and the beef had a strong "gamey" taste ... but overall, not much flavour in the dish. The steamed rice was OK. It was not a cheap meal either.
We have ordered takeaway from Auroras on several occasions, the various dishes have always been of high quality and very tasty. All be it at a premium price for takeaway. We have also dined at Karuah RSL Chinese and found the meals to be of equal quality and better value, eat in or take away. Check out their website's ???? …
