Sam was a great, nothing a problem. Totally went out of his way to explain the 2022 Audi S5 in detail. A very nice guy also.

We took our Q3 in for a warranty repair on a car we'd bought interstate. When I showed the customer service fellow a report from another repairer, he scoffed and said "We won't be needing that." I then reminded him that Solitaire had asked for the other repairer's report and it was attached to the scheduled repair. I had to ask to be shown the warranty repair which he did but was unwilling.
