Very poor customer service. Half of the staffs here has no idea about what they sre doing. First lap voucher can only be used after 8 weeks of payment. Had to cancel our membership due to winter time. Rang up too many time trying to sorted it out but nothing happened and we kept getting charged
The Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre is just most wonderful place. I feel blessed to have discovered it. The swim school is excellent and they go out of their way to make sure everyone has a chance to learn to swim. Mick, Marley and Zuhal are amazing coaches. My son is now confident in the water and loves swimming thanks to them.
