Thank you to the staff that made my visit comforting. The ladies at the front desk were polite and friendly and the audiologist was thorough, and gentle when giving the bad news about my hearing. It is nice to go to a place that genuinely cares for their clients.
Alice the Audiologist was especially fantastic with my 5 year old child. He was somewhat nervous going into the appointment however was immediately put at ease by her friendly and attentive manner and enjoyed the 'games' that were being played. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to get their kids hearing checked! A+++ service!!
