Had a horrible experience with this company today. Damaged the furniture they were transporting beyond repair, dented a metal storage locker and didn't tell me, broke a plumbing pipe as they put the furniture in place. They were rude and unhelpful when I confronted them about the damages.
Great service and friendly guys. Moved the baby grand piano my wife bought from Gordonvale in Cairns, up to Port Douglas. Pick up from Gordonvale on schedule, Shiva and crew were careful, friendly and on time. They removed the legs for transport and wrapped the whole thing in blankets to protect it from damage. Delivered and placed where we wanted it in our new home. Very happy with the move and would highly recommend.
