Super friendly and helpful people to deal with. Would go to say best motorbike shop in Isa. Lady behind the counter wasn’t in a rush and knew her stuff.

Then when i come to pick up my new bike, it has a chip in the paintwork (which was really disheartening, as i had a 2nd hand bike in better condition). Spoke to a guy who seemed nice enough, but has made no effort to do anything about it. Would not recommend buying from this place.

Of their own accord they installed at no cost a new battery (bike had been sitting for some time). That’s customer service, my friends. All went smoothly. It turned out that my battery charger was faulty (surprise, surprise) – they sent me a replacement. No problem. Quick and easy. A good group of people. Atlas Motorsports are friendly and obliging. They really go out of their way to look after their customers. I have no problems recommending the shop or its owners – good people. I live on the other side of Australia (haven’t seen the shop, haven’t met the owners) – but I’d happily ring them up and ask “will you do this for me?” because I trust that they’ll give an honest answer. Something that can’t be said about every bike shop in the world. Thanks Atlas Motorsports!

I didn’t even rate them as 1 star! Beware if you are looking to buy a bike. Filled the forms in, paid for the bike and were promised documents ready in 2 – 3 days. Had to keep calling to find out when they will be ready as we were told that they couldn’t find the bike service book. Eventually, got told it can take up to 2 weeks for it to be ready. Took them 1 month and 2 days!!! Also received a very bad 1/4 tank of petrol, I had to give them $27.85 and no glad to you sorry from them. Double check your documents when you buy a bike and sign nothing before that
This place was a bit of a joke. I see other people have also given bad reviews here. They were terrible. Didn’t service my bike properly. They did something to the engine that it’s staling immediately after they serviced it. I took it back and the guy in the workshop blamed the water spray bottle i have on the handle bars. Wow. Unbelievable. I took it to the bike shop down the road and they sort the issue out for me!! At the end of the day, it was contaminant in the fuel system. Stay away from this place. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Long-term costumer service is average. Rode from Sydney to the Northern Beaches (around 40km) and called for the price of a Roadworthy certificate. The person at the next to me as I called the shop, asked for $65 on the ≈ $30 job. Can’t charge charities what every the business wants. Think twice before using this business. I will never be back
Absolute bloody disgrace of customer service.... Would not recommend going there to anyone.... They lack proper people skills.... Took my Husqvarna there for minor repairs, ended up not having half the issues and when my hubby called to ask if his bike can possibly be done that day, owner freaks out and wants to call cops for harassing.... Never in my life have I experienced such DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR...

Cant find fault with these guys at all. Great to deal with and always ready to help, even when I called with a question while they were on their trip. I wouldn't even bother going elsewhere. Cheers, guys.
