They cant get the orders right through drive through and when you tell them thats not what you ordered, they argue with you! They need better customer service and better listening skills!
Coffees never consistent, hardly ever get the sugar syrup they are supposed to put in ice lattes. Ordered 2 ice lattes today and both had no syrup again and one didn’t even have ice in it. Seriously hopeless, never had a problem at any other McDonalds store.

The quality of the food is consistently bad. The burgers are always dry and tasteless. The fries are often undercooked. I don't understand how this location consistently messes up the simplest of fast food items.
