Absolutely rubbish customer service. They never answer the phone and don't respond to emails. They are rude and unhelpful when you do eventually get hold of them. Stay away from this company!
The internet speeds are horrible. I constantly have issues with buffering and slow downloading. Definitely not worth the money.
I had such a bad experience with Astron Communications. They promised a seamless installation process, but it took them weeks to get us connected. Plus, the technicians were not very knowledgeable and had to keep coming back to fix the issues.
