I had an Ascon solar controller which failed after 3 years. Sent it to Associated Controls and they fixed it under warranty. The unit came back with a fresh screen, new terminals and in very good condition. Works great now.
All calls go to what really is an answering service. Hopeless, Ascon never ring back. Wanted some simple information about their pool controller. Had to to go to a 3rd party to solve the issue. Product now working fine no thanks to this firm. Good product but it appears their after sales support is non existent.
