Have had the Aspera Jazz 2 for over a year now. Still going well. Just rang up to order a spare battery as the old one was starting to lose it's charge more quickly. Great to speak to someone within seconds and get the battery ordered within minutes.
Do not buy phones from this company. I bought one hoping and was faulty. It took 2 weeks to get a result and all that was offered was to replace the phone which will take another week. All aspera does is sell inferior junk with no service ethic. I should have bought a Samsung.
