Poor communication and very unpleasant to deal with. Ops Manager Barry Dimmer is aggressive and the company has done very little to ease resident concerns about sending unvaccinated workers into homes. Communication provided to residents has been riddled with mistakes which doesn't give you a lot of confidence in the work being done.
Sheldon, Paulo and Drew saved our bacon. We were struggling to move our washing machine into our new home.As if picking up a box of books, Sheldon and Paulo carried it into our home (Drew supervised). I think they deserve employees of the months awards.
