I called up Artique homes to get some information for an Artique built display home that I purchased a few years ago. The gentleman, named John, promised to get back to me the same day but I did not hear back from him. I then called him the next day and he apologized for the delay, but still did not have the information I was looking for. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from the company.
