The new boutique is amazing and so welcoming, with a great ambiance and decor. The overall experience was fantastic. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment as I made a reservation in advance. The value for money was definitely worth it as I felt so relaxed and pampered. The facilities and amenities were top-notch. The customer service provided by Kathleen and her staff was excellent, they were so welcoming and friendly. The initial impression and atmosphere of the spa were great. The quality of the products used during my massage and facial was excellent. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience and I will definitely be returning!
