This review is not specifically for the store itself, but rather for Arc'teryx as a product. Bought the Atom LT jacket back in June 2023 from Chadstone store. the product deteriorated so badly within 3 months of use. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of the jacket, but the customer service was great.
