After driving 4 hours, I stumbled upon ADH after being recommended by a neighbouring store completely -out of stock of any kitchen handles I wanted. What a blessing. Though the show room was technically closed, Bruno not only allowed me to browse their show room, but also patiently helped me select the right handles and offered a professional advice on installation. Bruno's genuine passion for his job and excellent customer service skills made this one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have ever had in any field. ADH not only carries a wide range of high-quality products (their handles are beautiful), but also has a very knowledgeable staff who are willing to go above and beyond to help you. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend ADH to anyone looking for architectural hardware.

Had a really bad experience here. Ordered new door handles and was told they would be there next week, then got told they had to come from the US so would not arrive for 3 more weeks, then told that date was the arrival in Sydney and that they would need to send them up and I would have to wait another week. Got a call on my way in to say they had come in, asked if I could pick up after the weekend as I had planned to go to the beach, they said no worries, got another call on the way to the beach to say could not pick up till the following week. It is important to remember the money has been paid in full and then setup was completely approx 10 Days later. So all in all not at all happy with the service and just so you know a handle is still missing that we ordered.
