My late Mum Ailsa loved Arcare at Seven Hills and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care and compassion that was shown to mum during her two years as a resident. I was always kept informed of Mum's health and as she declined, they adjusted her care accordingly. The staff seemed genuinely interested in getting to know mum and making her feel comfortable. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities and activities for the residents to enjoy. I would highly recommend Arcare at Seven Hills to anyone in need of aged care services.
Arcare Seven Hills is a beautiful facility but communication is sadly lacking. My mother was there for 18 months before her passing in April. She had severe dementia which eventually killed her. On the whole, the staff were very caring but had difficulty effectively communicating with my mother due to her condition. This often led to frustrations and misunderstandings. However, the facility itself is clean and well-maintained, with good amenities available for the residents. I appreciate the care and compassion shown towards my mother during her time at Arcare Seven Hills.
