Felt frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism from ARA Building Services. The roller door in my warehouse has been broken since April and despite numerous calls and promises, it hasn't been fixed yet. The company constantly blames it on lack of parts or ordering mistakes. Extremely disappointed!
I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers. ARA Building Services is the worst building service company I have ever dealt with. Their lack of professionalism, inability to fulfill their commitments, and poor communication skills are unacceptable. My roller door has been broken for months and they refuse to take responsibility or fix it.
I wish I could give them zero stars. ARA Building Services is completely unprofessional. They have missed three appointments with me, leaving me waiting for months. They can't even get the necessary parts for the job and their technicians are unskilled. Stay away from this company!
