Non existent customer service. People answering the phone can't even answer your question. And don't start me on their over inflated prices. Obviously paying for the top execs. Now looking into treating my own bore water.
Supply charge is crippling me!! I try hard to keep my water use down, but my usage only adds up to about 20 dollars, the service charge is 250... as a disability pensioner im struggling to afford this basic utility.

The wait time to speak to a customer service representative is ridiculous. I've been on hold for over an hour and still haven't been able to speak to someone. This kind of service is unacceptable.
