As first time dog owners the lady helping us out today was incredibly helpful and patient with us and got us everything we needed. She seemed to genuinely care that we got all the right things instead of unloading unnecessary items for a quick sale, thankyou !!

Excellent customer service and pricing. Will definitely be returning. Also love that they rescue animals and don't support puppy/kitten factories. They aren't a typical pet shop that only care about the money, they care about the welfare of the animals. <3
