Went in to speak with a bloke about getting a new tank back in September. Nice man, took our details and said he would get back to us after returning from holidays. Weeks went by with no call back. My husband contacted them in regards to the outstanding contact request with no explanation and finally received a text stating sorry voicemail must not have gone through. I mean it’s just a point of contact not a huge deal considering we were still going to look there for fish, a tank, etc but it’s now going on 3 months.
