Well I had a 400lt fail after 7 years and contacted APRICUS about replacing under warranty. It did take 4 working day to sort it out but they did. And I had a new stainless tank put in instead of the glass lined 400lt. It did cost me a …
I can not praise Ros West and her team enough for the service they have provided for us. Ros in particular went over and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible outcome when we required a replacement tank for our hot water service. Thanks Ros and the team at Apricus Australia
