Everyone is nice enough, however, communication is very poor. We were in a rental property for 2 years and had to continually chase up our requests. We vacated the property almost 2 months ago and are still awaiting bond reimbursement.

I would not recommend this real estate company at all. We had issues with maintenance that we reported over 2 months ago and they never responded. Our place is unlivable and they don't seem to care.
