I've paid a deposit for carport in January 2023 and Apex got the full council approval too by April 2023. They even charged 90% of the total amount in May month to get the installers on the job. Installers took all the final dimensions and started the job. They spent weeks on your job, but only focused on their negligence and ignored our calls. They damaged your neighbor's vehicle, they smoked around the carport, they made noise until late at night, they broke things in your property which you found the next morning. We stopped the work on July, as we were getting nowhere fast. On numerous occasions, they told me different things, they also admitted that they made errors with the drawings on your job and have tried to repair them. After months of phoning Mrs. Cerith or whenever I rang she was unavailable you get a missed call a week later, She always came across as irritable and rude blaming everybody but themselves. THEY STILL OWE ME THE DEPOSIT OF $1155. Does anyone know what to do as I'm in South Australia?
